Market Development Executive – Agricultural Products
Job Description
- Analyze and evaluate target markets, customer segments, company products, and competitor strategies.
- Develop and execute plans to expand market reach and sales for the company’s range of agricultural products and food items.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, hotels, restaurants, and supermarkets to promote the brand and our products (organic food, chicken, eggs, vegetables, etc.), ensuring sales targets are met and brand recognition is increased.
- Manage customer feedback and inquiries, providing support for all CASFarm product-related requests. This includes preparing quotes and contracts, as well as handling customer care.
- Undertake other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Qualifications
- Vocational school diploma or higher in economics, food technology, business, agriculture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and market research.
- Prior experience in consulting, sales, or customer service roles, especially within the F&B, agriculture, or food industries, is a plus.
- Must be dynamic, possess excellent communication skills, and have strong problem-solving abilities.
- Hard-working, diligent, and eager to learn, with a responsible attitude.
- Passionate about sales and dedicated to clean, sustainable agricultural products.
- Strong collaborative spirit and teamwork skills.
