Agricultural Product Supply Chain Operations Staff

Job Description

  • Prepare daily agricultural product orders (eggs, vegetables, fish, etc.) according to customer requests.
  • Coordinate deliveries to customers or consumption points, ensuring correct quantity, quality, and timing.
  • Monitor the input, output, and inventory of agricultural products and materials for agricultural production.
  • Order production materials, work with suppliers, and track deliveries.
  • Record and compile daily warehouse data, promptly reporting any damage, shortages, or abnormal inventory levels.
  • Support the sales department by preparing trial orders, taking samples, and assisting with wholesale, retail, and existing or new channel customer orders.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments such as production, commerce, logistics, and accounting.

Qualifications

  • Good health, diligence, honesty, and a sense of responsibility.
  • College degree or higher, with a preference for majors in Agriculture, Warehouse Management, Logistics, Agricultural Economics, Food Technology, or related fields.
  • Experience in the agricultural sector is an advantage.
  • Proficient in basic Office software; experience with inventory tracking or stocktaking is a plus.
  • Must have personal transportation (motorcycle) for work-related travel if needed.
  • Preference for candidates with knowledge of or a passion for agriculture and clean food.
