Project Technical Materials Accountant

Job Description

  • Monitor project activities including revenue, expenses, payables/receivables, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
  • Manage and verify documents: reconcile invoices, validate supporting papers, and perform procedures related to guarantees and project loan applications.
  • Coordinate procurement of technical materials and equipment based on project requirements; support supplier negotiations, prepare documentation, and follow up on order progress.
  • Oversee materials inventory: track stock in/out, maintain accurate inventory records, and conduct regular stock-taking. Work closely with other departments to ensure timely supply and smooth project operations.
  • Carry out other accounting or project-related tasks as assigned by the Department Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position; proficient in Excel and accounting operations.
  • Preferably experienced in technical, construction, energy, or agricultural environments; able to handle multiple tasks related to materials and project coordination.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a modern and technology-driven environment.
  • Detail-oriented, honest, with strong analytical skills, teamwork, problem-solving ability, and good time management.
