Electrical System Engineer

Propose technical and engineering solutions for solar energy projects and substations, ensuring all requirements from clients and partners are met.
Design detailed solar power systems and develop safety plans for construction and installation activities.
Participate in on-site construction and installation for solar energy projects.
Support bidding activities and prepare related technical documents.
Research and apply new technologies to improve system design and develop solutions tailored to project needs and market trends.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role; preferably with experience in design, installation supervision, maintenance, or commissioning of solar power systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunications, Control & Automation, or related fields.
Good command of English, especially in reading and preparing technical documents.
Possessing a driver’s license is an advantage.
Hardworking, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
Willing to travel to project sites as required.
