Solar System Operations & Maintain Engineer
Job Description
- Operate rooftop solar power systems through CAS’s centralized monitoring platform and various inverter platforms (Huawei, Sungrow, Sigenergy, etc.).
- Monitor power output, performance ratio (PR), and equipment status in real time to promptly detect abnormalities such as output degradation or equipment faults.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for periodic inspection and maintenance of the entire system to ensure safety and stability.
- Remotely or on-site troubleshoot technical issues; coordinate with suppliers and local power authorities when necessary.
- Prepare and update daily and monthly operation reports.
- Opportunity to join the R&D team to develop performance diagnostic modules and improve CAS’s monitoring platform.
Qualifications
- Graduated from a vocational college or university with a major in Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in O&M, managing EPC Solar projects, or installing Zero-Export solar systems is a plus.
- Experience using monitoring systems from Huawei, Sungrow, Sigenergy, or the AMI system from Gelex is an advantage.
- Strong skills in reporting, data analysis, and working both independently and in a team.
- Hard-working and able to handle high-pressure workloads.
- Willingness to travel to the company’s project sites.
